As an Expert Project Manager, you should be able to work in an Agile environment and to support the transformation. You will work within a large team with a significant turn-over (back-log, high workload, high expectations, high visibility). You should also take initiatives and to be able to manage pressure. You should plan and steer implementation of large and complex IT development initiatives across different teams (business and/or technical) within budget, in line with continuous delivery practices and to the desired outcome. Your mission is to set up effective collaboration and communication between all stakeholders, according to Agile governance principles. You will be responsible for the planning and steering the implementation of epics with impact on multiple tribes. Moreover, you will manage end-to-end delivery plan for epics/features.

- Experience with Agile Software.
- Scrum & Kanban Management.
- Familiar with MS Project, MS Office, Prince 2, ITIL, and ADKAR.
- Highly competent in IT project and program management, budgeting, scheduling, and task estimation.
- Understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
