We have huge digital ambition implementing state of the art technology to achieve our objective. You will be part of the Solution Analyst chapter. Assigned to a tribe, you will define the digital specific solution to be implemented by the different squads of the tribes. You will be working with the product owners to define the high-level solution and supporting the squads' analysts refining the solution to be implemented by the development team of the squad.
Roles & Responsibilities- You understand the business vision, strategy, and project roadmaps.
- You ensure that there is a complete set of relevant and clear business requirements.
- You translate the functional and non-functional requirements into an effective, reliable, and future proof solution architecture in line with the architectural blueprint of the organisation and domain.
- You work with Solution Architects and squad analysts to create an end-to-end solution across applications.
- You provide high-level estimates to develop and implement the solution.
- You refine large requirements into well-defined time-boxed features.
- You act as the single point of contact for the business requestors.
- You provide clear and structured communication and documentation on the solution, to users, squad analysts, operations, and management.
- You ensure the solution is implemented in line with the architecture during project execution.
- You clearly understand and communicate dependencies between various initiatives.
- You participate in RFP processes to provide input on digital scope.
- You have a Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably in an IT related domain) or equivalent by experience.
- You have a profound experience in analysis or architecture in a complex IT environment.
- You have hands-on experience with agile methodologies and UML modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of the telecom ecosystem is considered an asset.
- You have strong analytical skills and anticipate the impact of possible solutions to complex problems.
- You are optimistic, solution oriented, creative with an open mind.
- Customer centricity is part of your nature.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), you value communication and collaboration with others and according to the needs of the different audiences.
- You have a learning attitude.
- Stress resistant and flexible.
- Team player.
- Negotiation skills.
- English is mandatory. Dutch and French are a plus.
- You have overall IT experience of 10 years.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in designing web solutions using REST / µservice architecture.
- You have good experience with UML and design patterns.
- You have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, No SQL databases, CMS; Angular, React native is a plus.
- You have experience with Agile methodologies, Jira as issue and backlog management tool.
