Project Engineer Sustainability Antwerpen – Contracting Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Identificeren, evalueren en opvolgen van verschillende (potentiële) duurzaamheidsprojecten voor de Clinical Manufacturing Unit. Samenwerken en communiceren met verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf en externe partijen om de nodige informatie en data te verzamelen over duurzaamheidsprojecten. Bijdragen aan tools die het mogelijk maken de milieu-impact van verschillende opties te beoordelen bij het nemen van zakelijke beslissingen. Ervoor zorgen dat nieuwe faciliteiten en nieuwe processen binnen de Clinical Manufacturing worden ontworpen of geëxploiteerd met het oog op duurzame productie. Wie ben jij? Master in een relevante wetenschappelijke discipline of gelijkwaardig, bij voorkeur met eerdere ervaring in productieomgevingen. Sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden. Hands-on (engineering) mentaliteit met een sterke persoonlijke affiniteit voor duurzaamheid. In staat om zelfstandig en in multidisciplinaire teams te werken en te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders. Flexibel en kan goed functioneren in een dynamische omgeving. Kan zowel op hoog niveau/strategisch denken als hands-on werken bij het verzamelen van data of het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van testen/analyses. Grote persoonlijke betrokkenheid bij duurzaamheid. Bereid om de end-to-end farmaceutische (aseptische) productieprocessen te begrijpen. Sterke vaardigheden in databeheer. Basis programmeervaardigheden (Excel VBA/...). Vloeiende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Engels. Wat mag je verwachten?
