HR Data Specialist – SuccessFactors (Hybrid, Belgium) Join a growing in-house HR Operations team and build your career in HR data excellence. We are looking for a motivated HR Data Specialist to join our internal HR Operations team in Belgium. This role was previously outsourced and is now being brought in-house, offering the right candidate the chance to take ownership of critical HR data processes and contribute to long-term improvements. You will join a friendly team of six colleagues working in HR data governance, insights, and input. While you'll collaborate closely with them, this is a standalone position where you will manage the full scope of HR data input and related quality processes. What you will do In this role, you'll handle a variety of operational HR data activities, including: Managing and processing requests through our HR case management/ticketing tool Encoding HR events in our global HR database (SuccessFactors), such as transfers, bonuses, and organizational changes Running data quality checks, validations, and clean-ups Supporting mass data updates, imports/exports, and reporting Collaborating with IT on automation and continuous process improvements You will gain hands-on experience with global HR systems and play an important part in ensuring reliable, high-quality HR data across the company. What we are looking for At least 1 year of HR data entry or HR data maintenance experience Ideally around 3 years of total experience in HR operations (flexible depending on relevance) Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory) Solid Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset Excellent command of English Nice to have Experience with HR case management tools (e.g., Neocase), interest in process improvement, and an analytical mindset.
