Vanuit 12 strategische locaties in Noordwest-Europa ondersteunt landbouwprofessionals in meer dan 60 landen, met een sterke focus op duurzame en efficiënte voedselproductie. Met vestigingen in Gent (België) en Doetinchem (Nederland) en een indrukwekkende opslagcapaciteit van 280.000 ton in de Benelux, bedient Triferto niet alleen haar kernmarkten in Duitsland, Frankrijk en de Benelux, maar ook snelgroeiende regio's in Afrika, Midden-Amerika en Azië. Om hun technische ondersteuning en productpositionering binnen Export verder te professionaliseren, zoeken zij een Field Trials Project Coordinator . Team Dit is een nieuwe rol binnen het Export team. Het team bestaat uit 4 Export Sales Managers en de 2 Customer Service verantwoordelijken. Je rapporteert aan de Director of Export. Het exportteam werkt zowel op crops als op forestry plantages in Afrika, Midden-Amerika en Azië. Als Field Trials Projectmanager word jij dé inhoudelijke expert voor het trials en toegepaste proeven bij exportklanten en partners. Je zet niet alleen proeven op, maar vertaalt velddata naar inzichten die echt gebruikt worden: door klanten, door sales én in productontwikkeling. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Opzetten, begeleiden en evalueren van veld- en klanttrials, vaak op afstand. Analyseren en interpreteren van proefresultaten en praktijkdata. Vertalen van data naar: technische adviezen voor klanten, onderbouwde argumentatie voor export sales en input voor productoptimalisatie en nieuwe toepassingen. Samenwerken met internationale klanten en distributeurs, onderzoeksinstellingen, interne sales- en productteams. Bewaken van methodologie, datakwaliteit en rapportering. Sporadisch bezoeken van proeflocaties en klanten. Je combineert analytische diepgang met praktijkgericht denken en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale context. Je herkent jezelf in volgend profiel: Sterk analytisch, planmatig en oplossingsgericht Ervaren in project-en stakeholdermanagement Zowel zelfstandig als een echte teamspeler Jouw kwalificaties Master- of bachelorniveau in agronomie, landbouwkunde, bio-engineering of gelijkaardig . Ervaring met proeven, trials, data-analyse of toegepast onderzoek. Affiniteit met landbouw, bemesting en/of duurzame teelt. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels; extra talen zoals Spaans zijn een plus. Je bent bereid om occasioneel internationaal te reizen. Een internationale functie met groeipotentieel. Een inhoudelijk sterke, autonome rol met internationale impact.
