Jouw uitdaging

  • Je verdiept je in de business van jouw klanten (KMOs en scale-ups) alsof het jouw eigen zaak is. Je adviseert en begeleidt hen op een proactieve manier m.b.t. advisory projecten. Afhankelijk van het dossier trek je dit project zelfstandig. Challenge genoeg
  • Je staat je klanten bij met cijferanalyses en ad hoc financiële projecten zodat hij/zij het juiste beleid kan uitstippelen met zicht op de toekomst.
  • Je bouwt je kennis uit in diverse financiële domeinen, zoals financiële plannen, haalbaarheidsanalyse, managementrapporteringen, waarderingen, overnames, kredietdossiers, etc. Gaandeweg ontdek jij in welk domein jouw passie ligt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collegas van Tax & Legal om jouw advies compleet te maken.
  • Je opgedane kennis vertaal je in documentatie, zowel intern als extern. Ook deel je je know-how met je collegas via interne opleidingen.
  • Je rapporteert en overlegt op regelmatige basis om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van je output te verzekeren.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk en streeft hierbij continue naar verbetering.

Je hebt het ondertussen wel door. Een bom aan troeven in deze functie Verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit in je eigen projecten. Veel afwisseling, ideaal voor de financiële generalisten. Een grote wisselwerking met specialisten en impact en dynamiek vanwege het type klanten

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een master- of professionele bachelor met specialisatie accountancy-fiscaliteit of een economische/bedrijfsjuridische richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring (min. 2 jaar) in audit, accountancy of financial advisory, bij voorkeur gerelateerd aan bijvoorbeeld financiële rapportering, business of financiële plannen, cashflow- en andere cijferanalyses, kredietdossiers,...
  • Een interesse in fiscaliteit brengt jouw financieel advies op een next level, maar specialist hoef je niet te zijn.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en bent uiterst bedreven in Excel. Ook de andere Office-toepassingen hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Onze klanten zijn voornamelijk Nederlandstalig met vaak internationale (groei)ambities. Nederlands en Engels schrijf en spreek je dan ook uitstekend. Je kent ook een woordje Frans? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt graag autonoom en gestructureerd aan verschillende projecten. Je weet initiatief te nemen vanuit een klantgerichte instelling. Tot slot heb je een sterke teamspirit en deel je graag je kennis naar collegas. Je bent een companion in hun uitdagingen.
