Functie

Als Category Manager ben jij dé expert voor jouw productcategorieën.

  • Merkontwikkelingen, trends en consumentengedrag analyseren om groeikansen te identificeren
  • Gedetailleerde rapportages maken voor sales & marketing en belangrijke inzichten leveren voor strategische beslissingen
  • Advies geven over prijsstrategieën en promoties op basis van markt - en concurrentie analyses
  • Lange termijn relaties met klanten opbouwen en de product positionering optimaliseren
  • Nauw samenwerken met het sales & marketing team om product strategieën en innovaties succesvol te implementeren

Profiel

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een category manager functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en strategisch inzicht
  • Zelfstandigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit, je neemt graag initiatief en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg
  • Oog voor detail, met focus op nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit
  • Uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie en relationele vaardigheden
  • Vloeiend in het Nederland en Engels
  • Een Masterniveau
