Wat doe je als Reliability & maintenance specialist

  • Data-analyse en rapportage: Verzamel en analyseer gegevens om terugkerende storingen, kleine stops en snelheidsverliezen te identificeren. Rapporteer bevindingen en werk voorstellen uit om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze installaties te vergroten. Geïmplementeerde voorstellen borg je door opleiding en documentatie.
  • Ondersteuning bij storingsherstel: Bied technische ondersteuning bij het verhelpen van complexe storingen, ook in de stoom- en hoogspanningssystemen.
  • Ontwikkeling en implementatie van preventieve maatregelen: Onderzoek de oorzaken van veelvoorkomende storingen en stel preventieve onderhoudsstrategieën op. Richt je op het verbeteren van onderhoudsschema's en het verhogen van de technische beschikbaarheid van installaties.
  • Wisselstukken- en voorraadbeheer: Ontwikkel en implementeer een efficiënt wisselstukkenbeheer om de beschikbaarheid van kritische onderdelen te waarborgen en kosten te optimaliseren.
  • Communicatie met leveranciers: Onderhoud contacten met leveranciers voor het opvragen van offertes, technische informatie en innovaties. Beoordeel hun diensten op basis van betrouwbaarheid, kosten en leveringsvoorwaarden.

Gewenste profiel

  • Bij voorkeur Bachelor in elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, productiebeheer of mechanische engineering.
  • Minimaal 5 jaren ervaring als storingstechnieker of in een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en technisch inzicht in technische en productieprocessen.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve houding en resultaatgericht
  • Stressbestendig en snel kunnen schakelen.
  • Pluspunt is ervaring met hoogspanningssystemen, stoom- en regeltechnieken
