Als Reliability Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de continue beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van apparatuur en processen binnen de productieomgeving. Je analyseert technische problemen, implementeert onderhoudsstrategieën, en optimaliseert de levensduur en prestaties van installaties. Analyse en Optimalisatie: Je identificeert en analyseert systematische storingen. Je ontwikkelt verbeteringsplannen voor apparatuur om efficiëntie te verhogen. Preventief Onderhoud: Je stelt preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's op en voert deze uit. Data-analyse en Rapportage: Je gebruikt data om de prestaties van machines en systemen te monitoren en rapporteren. Samenwerking met Teams: Je werkt nauw samen met onderhouds-, productie- en kwaliteitsafdelingen om processen te optimaliseren. Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een industriële omgeving Kennis: Goede kennis van betrouwbaarheidstechnieken (zoals FMECA, RCM) en onderhoudsmanagementsystemen. Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Skills: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen. Vermogen om onder druk te presteren en in teamverband te werken. Kennis van Lean en Six Sigma is een pluspunt.
