Infrastructure Optimization: Conduct thorough audits of client infrastructures and design tailored network solutions. System Implementation: Oversee the installation and configuration of servers and clients to ensure optimal performance. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT support and hold certifications in areas such as Managed Services, Network Technologies, Email Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization, Backup Systems, Cloud Technologies, Scripting/Automation, Storage Systems, and Security Standards.
