Trio de choc pour répondre aux besoins de nos consultants et de nos clients, notre petite équipe familiale est animée par la volonté de faire matcher les souhaits d'évolution de nos apsidiens et les besoins de nos clients.
Centre de l'Europe, Bruxelles regroupe des sociétés du secteur bancaire, assurance et finance. Notre ESN Bruxelles répond aussi aux besoins dans l'ingénierie industrielle, les télécom et l'énergie.
Sur l'initiative de nos consultants, des rencontres thématiques permettent à l'Apsidien qui le souhaite de proposer un thème et d'en discuter avec ses collègues, dans un espace privilégié, sur un créneau horaire défini et en partageant une pizza.
Missions- Définir une stratégie commerciale
- Prospecter et développer de nouveaux comptes clients ainsi que le portefeuille clients existant.
- Détecter et analyser les besoins des clients
- Rédiger des propositions commerciales et négocier des contrats
- Piloter le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité de votre activité (P&L).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe recrutement
- Manager les consultants en missions
- Recruter, encadrer et animer votre équipe
- Assurer un reporting régulier à votre manager
De formation Bac +5 en école d'ingénieur, ou équivalent universitaire, vous connaissez (et aimez) le métier de commercial au sein d'une société d'ingénierie et de conseil. Vous connaissez bien les comptes stratégiques Belges et Bruxellois. Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expériences dans le domaine commercial pour une ESN ou Entreprise du Digital.
Votre autonomie, votre esprit d'équipe et votre sens du service seront vos principaux atouts pour évoluer au sein de l'entreprise. Vous avez un background technique et avez des connaissances dans le domaine du développement digital, du Cloud, de la data ou de la Cybersécurité.
