Deloitte Belgium is seeking a SAP Accounting Manager to assist clients in optimizing their project-based financial management processes. This role involves advising clients on leveraging SAP innovations to enhance project accounting, from budgeting and cost control to revenue recognition and financial reporting. You will be responsible for designing and implementing fully integrated solutions that improve profitability reporting and meet financial standards like IFRS15.
Your journey with us• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Project Accounting solutions to improve clients' project-based financial management processes.
• Provide expert advice on managing project accounting processes, including budgeting, cost control, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Seamlessly integrate project accounting with other processes such as procurement, sales, and logistics to deliver holistic solutions.
• Ensure financial reporting requirements, including IFRS15, are embedded in the SAP solution to meet compliance standards.
• Analyze business requirements and map current processes to develop and implement fully integrated SAP solutions that optimize clients’ internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other process experts to ensure comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP innovations and changes in financial reporting standards to provide state-of-the-art consulting experiences.
• Support clients throughout the SAP project lifecycle, including system testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation guidance.
Let's talk about you• Extensive experience as an SAP Project Accounting specialist, with a deep understanding of project-based financial processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP project implementations, from business analysis and process mapping to solution design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the integration between project accounting and other SAP modules such as procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards, including IFRS15, and their implementation in SAP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP's latest innovations, particularly in S/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
