Je vertaalt de noden van de stad en haar partners naar duurzame, veilige en performante IT-architecturen – van visie tot implementatie. Jouw uitdaging Je neemt eigenaarschap over de end-to-end architectuur van producten en platformen. Je vertaalt strategische en functionele noden naar concrete technische ontwerpen en roadmap beslissingen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, security, performance en schaalbaarheid van onze oplossingen. Je geeft richting aan architecturale keuzes binnen projecten en productlijnen, in lijn met onze bredere visie. Je adviseert management en stakeholders bij complexe technologische beslissingen. Je begeleidt en coacht collega-architecten en ontwikkelteams. Je volgt technologische trends op en vertaalt innovaties naar toepasbare verbeteringen. Persoonlijk profiel Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT-architectuur, solution-design of een gelijkaardige rol. Diepe kennis van software- en systeemarchitectuur, API-design, microservices, cloudomgevingen en databanken. Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak. Kunnen complexe technische concepten helder uitleggen aan niet-technische stakeholders. Denken op organisatieniveau: hoe onze technologie de digitale ambities ondersteunt. Nemen initiatief, stimuleren van innovatie en delen van kennis. Een natuurlijke mentor die anderen inspireert, ondersteunt en richting geeft.
