Jouw impact Als Digital Communication & Fundraising Officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze communicatie en fondsenwerving. Je zorgt voor maximale zichtbaarheid en impact van onze missie – zowel online als offline. Je combineert strategie en creativiteit met resultaatgerichtheid. Wat ga je doen? Je beheert en optimaliseert onze websites en sociale media. Je ontwikkelt doordachte digitale communicatieplannen (SEO/SEA, e-mailcampagnes, KPI's...). Je creëert inspirerende content (tekst, beeld, video) voor al onze digitale kanalen. Je zet in op digitale trends, tools, influencers en ambassadeurs om onze boodschap te versterken. Je ondersteunt print- en digitale fondsenwerving met pakkende teksten en campagnes. Je coördineert evenementen en acties die bijdragen aan onze missie. Je werkt samen met collega's, vrijwilligers en partners in België én op het terrein. Je vertegenwoordigt Memisa op events, beurzen en congressen. Je neemt eens om de 2 à 3 jaar deel aan terreinmissies voor een realistische kijk op onze projecten. Jij bent de ideale kandidaat als je: Een diploma hebt in communicatie, marketing of fondsenwerving (of gelijkwaardige ervaring). Creatief en foutloos schrijft in het Frans (kennis van het Nederlands is een mooie plus). Analytisch én oplossingsgericht bent: je denkt in kansen en handelt doordacht. Zelfstandig werkt en goed met deadlines omgaat. Handig bent met tools zoals MailChimp, sociale media, CMS-systemen, Office en grafische software. Extra troeven: Ervaring in de ngo-sector. Affiniteit met internationale samenwerking en gezondheidszorg.
