Lead Platform ArchitectLocalisation : BruxellesLangues : Français/FlamandResponsabilités :Définir et piloter l’architecture de bout en bout d’une plateforme ERP développée en interneConcevoir une architecture évolutive, sécurisée et durable, couvrant les couches applicatives, d’intégration et cloudDéfinir les choix technologiques, principes d’architecture, standards et lignes directrices de développementTraduire les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles en conceptions techniques claires et robustesIdentifier et maîtriser les risques, dépendances, enjeux de performance et de scalabilitéÉvaluer et introduire de nouvelles technologies, y compris via des proofs of conceptGarantir la qualité technique globale : sécurité, performance, disponibilité et maintenabilitéConcevoir et superviser des intégrations fiables entre systèmes, services et composants cloudAccompagner les équipes de développement via revues de code, coaching et support techniqueStructurer, produire et maintenir une documentation technique exploitable pour les équipes internes et partenairesAssurer le leadership technique d’une équipe de 10 à 15 développeurs et encourager une culture d’ingénierie exigeanteCollaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, analyse, QA, UI/UX et supportConseiller la direction sur les choix architecturaux, avec une vision claire des impacts et des risquesProfil :Master en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou discipline technique équivalenteMinimum 10 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, architecture et rôles techniques à responsabilitésExpérience confirmée dans des environnements enterprise complexesExpertise solide en Microsoft Azure et en architectures cloud-nativeMaîtrise avancée de .NET et de l’écosystème MicrosoftExcellente connaissance des microservices, de la conteneurisation (Docker) et des environnements KubernetesForte expérience en architectures orientées API et patterns d’intégration modernes (REST, messaging)Bonne compréhension des standards d’architecture, de la qualité du code et de la gouvernance techniqueArchitectures event-driven et event sourcingGraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, MassTransitDomain-Driven Design (DDD)Infrastructure as Code, gouvernance et sécurité cloudIntérêt pour l’open source et les communautés techniquesVision stratégique et capacité à structurer des problématiques complexesExcellentes compétences de communication avec des publics techniques et non techniquesLeadership coachant, pragmatique et inspirantCapacité à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en conservant une vision globaleInterested in this opportunity?
