Description de la fonction Als Talent Partner ben je de drijvende kracht achter het aantrekken, selecteren en laten groeien van talent binnen een internationaal actief bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en fungeert als een echte sparringpartner voor de business. Dankzij jouw enthousiasme, structuur en people skills zorg je voor een positieve kandidaat- en medewerkerservaring. In deze brede rol combineer je drie domeinen: Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding en Learning & Development. Je krijgt veel autonomie om initiatieven uit te bouwen en mee richting te geven aan het HR-beleid. Jobomschrijving Als Talent Partner ben je de drijvende kracht achter het aantrekken, selecteren en laten groeien van talent binnen een internationaal actief bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en fungeert als een echte sparringpartner voor de business. Je krijgt veel autonomie om initiatieven uit te bouwen en mee richting te geven aan het HR-beleid. Talent Acquisition Je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces van intake tot contractvoorstel. Je schrijft aantrekkelijke jobdescriptions en kiest de juiste rekruteringskanalen. Je voert screenings, interviews en loonbesprekingen. Je stemt vlot af met hiring managers en externe partners. Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens onboarding en ondersteunt bij welcome days. Employer Branding Je werkt samen met marketing/communicatie om de werkgeversidentiteit te versterken. Je creëert pakkende content voor vacatures, career pages en social media. Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op jobbeurzen, events en netwerkactiviteiten. Je gebruikt feedback van kandidaten en medewerkers om de candidate experience te optimaliseren. Learning & Development Je detecteert opleidingsnoden en ontwikkelt leerpaden. Je onderhoudt de trainingsdatabase en plant opleidingen in. Je volgt wettelijk verplichte opleidingen op. Je evalueert en optimaliseert het leer- en ontwikkelingsaanbod. Profil Je bent een Talent Partner die graag initiatief neemt en energie haalt uit samenwerking én zelfstandigheid. Je communiceert helder, werkt gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht. Je beschikt over: Ervaring in talent acquisition, employer branding en/of learning & development. Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Een proactieve, pragmatische en resultaatgerichte mindset. Zin voor organisatie en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen. Professioneel niveau Engels; kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een troef. Basiskennis van HR-processen en relevante wetgeving.
