We do that through 2 interlinked activities: education of excellence and strategy consulting.About the roleFreelance Partner is an opportunity to sell and deliver strategy consulting projects in freelance while being supported by Do Well Do Good’s name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools.1. Business Development & Strategy• Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.• Drive 20+ business meetings per month• Define your office strategy, expand your local expert network and shape sustainable business opportunities.2. Client Project Delivery• Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG’s senior experts and consulting staff.• Join an international cohort of 5–10 Freelance Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.• Participate in monthly cohort calls and DWDG’s annual in-person meeting in Paris.3. Growth Targets & Remuneration• Gain 30–80% of project revenue in Year 1 depending on your role in delivery.• After one year, receive up to 30% equity options if you wish to create a DWDG subsidiary in your city.• Reach long-term upside with potential valuation up to €1M.ProfileWe are looking for:• Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) or 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams.• Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus.• At least 5 years living in one of our target cities (London, Milan, New York, Shanghai, Nairobi, Dubai, etc.) with a strong local network.• Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy.• Ready to start immediately (full-time not required).• No conflict of interest with current role (possibility to continue other freelance activities in parallel).• Willing to dedicate 30–50% of your time (10–12 hours/week minimum), with flexibility to scale up.What we offer• A unique entrepreneurial journey with variable salary in Year 1, fixed and variable salary in Year 2 and equity• Access to DWDG’s expert networks, consulting team, and international community.• Administrative, legal, HR, and communication support from our Paris team.• Coaching and guidance from our founder and senior partners from top-tier consulting firms.• The chance to join an international cohort of highly motivated, talented professionals seeking impactMore information and apply directly here: dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/
