Primary tasks and responsibilities : • Receive a list of requests and/or constraints relating to computer applications and programs, analyze and interpret them in order to be able to translate them into technical and/or technological solutions and estimate the related workload. • Proceed with the adaptation, improvement or maintenance of existing programs and applications, in compliance with the development cycle (codification, testing and production). • Document all the technical tasks that have been carried out in order to be able to guarantee continuity and information sharing. • Maintain and develop a level of technical competence in his field and ensure that he knows the context of the company. • Participate with the project manager and the technical manager in technical reviews and controls. Technical profile: • + 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies • Mastery of Classic ASP, VBScript, SQL server is mandatory • Good knowledge Bit Bucket • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS and JIRA • Java is an asset • Knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the Microsoft cloud, Azure (Cloud Functions, Power Automate) is a plus • Knowledge of certain Design Patterns is an asset • Mastery of Agile methodology is a plus • Knowledge of DevOPS, CI/CD concepts • Skills in AS400 and DB2 are an asset Non technical profile requirements: • Accepts personal responsibility for customer satisfaction • Strong skills in monitoring, coordinating and planning assigned tasks • Establishes and manages mission objectives, expectations and quality plan • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Must be able to work on multiple concurrent tasks with limited supervision • Fast learner, motivated autodidact • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines • Teamspirit Methodology/Certification requirements • Master's Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Language Requirements • Fluent in French/Dutch • Fluent in English
