Met ons ICT team zorgen wij er voor dat al onze organisaties binnen de groep, waaronder Ferm Kinderopvang, Ferm Thuiszorg, Ferm Huishoudhulp en de Ferm ledenorganisatie dagdagelijks ondersteund worden in de werking van hun ICT systemen. Binnen ICT onderscheiden we 2 grote domeinen, namelijk de ‘software’ oplossingen en de ‘infrastructuur’ oplossingen
Voor ons team in Wijgmaal zijn we op zoek naar een Service Delivery Manager voor het ‘software’ luik
Jij bent de geknipte persoon want..
- Je beheert een portfolio van software oplossingen en bewaakt een goede werking en een correcte dienstverlening naar de organisaties. Je neemt de lead in de aansturing van de externe partners en/of werkt hiervoor samen met de interne software-/infra scrum teams.
- Je bent hands-on en springt bij waar nodig: je onderzoekt nieuwe behoeften en voert aanvullende analyses uit. Je bent gewend om samen te werken met interne software teams en/ of externe partners, waarbij je duidelijke afspraken maakt en deze zorgvuldig opvolgt.
- Je volgt de externe partners op, controleert de facturatie en beheert de afgesproken budgetten.
- Je communiceert met de verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie, enerzijds naar de key users binnen de organisaties maar ook naar de directie in functie van onder andere budgetten, de roadmap, goedkeuringen.
- Je stemt regelmatig af met je collega die verantwoordelijk is voor de infra oplossingen.
- Je levert de nodige input voor de jaarlijks budgetten, de ICT beleidsronde en stemt hiervoor nauw af met de ICT-manager.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de ICT-manager.
Je overhaalt ons helemaal want..
- Je hebt reeds ervaring als service- en project manager maar je wil niet uitsluitend met planningen en budgetten bezig zijn. Vanuit een eerdere ervaring als business analist ben je ook graag inhoudelijk betrokken.
- Je communiceert graag en vlot met de key users en met directie. Waar nodig pas je je communicatiestijl aan: soms zeer detaillistisch, soms eerder beperkt tot de essentie.
- Kennis van de domeinen rond web, digital marketing, marketing automation, web content management alsook reporting en BI zijn een pluspunt.
- Je weet wat samenwerken met externe partners is. Je kan duidelijke afspraken maken en deze ook opvolgen.
- Agile/Scrum is voor jou vertrouwd terrein. Indien nodig neem je de rol van scrum master op en stuur je het team richting resultaat.
