Help chauffeurs snel en efficiënt terug op weg.Als Medewerker Telefonische Pechverhelping ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs die onderweg met pech komen te staan. Jij blijft rustig, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt ervoor dat elke bestuurder zo snel mogelijk geholpen wordt. Je coördineert de interventies met partnerdiensten en houdt de chauffeur voortdurend op de hoogte. Het is een rol met impact: dankzij jouw kalmte, communicatie en oplossingsgerichtheid maak je écht het verschil op stressvolle momenten.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:- Telefonisch te woord staan van chauffeurs die pech hebben onderweg. - Probleemanalyse doen: de situatie inschatten en de juiste informatie verzamelen. - Interventies organiseren en doorsturen naar depannagediensten, partners of interne techniekers.- Opvolging van het dossier van A tot Z, inclusief heldere communicatie naar de chauffeur. - Registreren van alle gegevens in het systeem (tijdstip, locatie, aard van het probleem, planning…).- Kalm blijven in noodsituaties en steeds klantgericht handelen.- Je werkt nauw samen met een toegewijd team dat 24/7 klaarstaat om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. ProfielWat verwachten we van jou? - Je bent communicatief sterk en kan duidelijk, empathisch en professioneel telefoneren. - Je werkt stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht in drukke situaties.- Probleemoplossend denken is jouw tweede natuur. - Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels, Frans & Duits (minimaal B2-niveau).- Je kan vlot overweg met digitale tools en administratieve opvolging.- Je bent bereid te werken in flexibele werktijden: vroeg, laat, dag, nacht en weekendwerk - vrachtwagenchauffeurs zijn altijd en overal onderweg.- Ervaring in dispatching, klantendienst of mobiliteitsbijstand is een plus, maar geen must.- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring.- Je hebt eigen vervoer om je te verplaatsen.AanbodWaar kan je op rekenen?- Een dynamische job waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. - Een warm team waar samenwerking centraal staat.Contract:- Contract bepaalde duur (geen interim contract, wél Volvo Contract).
