De HR en payroll strategie wordt vertaald naar concrete oplossingen waarbij je rekening houdt met risico's, rendabiliteit en realistische timing. Je zorgt voor een kostenefficiënte integratie d.m.v. een correcte meting die je opvolgt en rapporteert. Je helpt klanten bij implementaties en integraties tussen de applicaties van de klant en Acerta. Rapportage en data-analyse zij hierbij essentieel. Je houdt zowel rekening met de klant als met Acerta om zo tot een kwalitatieve en performante integratie te komen die beide partijen als een win beschouwen. Tegelijkertijd heb je gemiddeld 20 projecten lopende waarbij je telkens samenwerkt met andere experts. Geven van opleidingen of workshops rond loontechnische materie. Je bent gedreven om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot expert in rapportering en data-analyse. Dankzij eerdere ervaringen beschik je over de nodige affiniteit met HR of payroll. Ervaring in interfaces is een pluspunt. Webservices, api's, xsd en xml zijn geen vreemde woorden of schrikken jou niet af. Op een heldere manier slaag je erin je ideeën en concepten te vertalen naar de klant en andere stakeholders. Je bent flexibel, je werkt per project in een ander team en voor een andere klant. Naast Nederlands heb je ook een vlotte beheersing van het Engels. Hier ben jij onze grootste troef. Je krijgt de ruimte om op jouw unieke manier je stempel te drukken in hr. En dat in een team waar iedereen er 100% samen voor gaat. Uiteraard kan je op heel wat meer rekenen: Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken. Je ontvangt een forfaitaire dagvergoeding van €11 per gewerkte dag. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdu...
