Role Description This is an hybrid marketing role based near Brussels, Belgium, with the flexibility to work part time from home. The marketing specialist will be responsible for the Belgian market expediting leads generation, follow-up and cross & up sell tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficient business development leveraging the latest digital technologies available (advanced CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email marketing, posts on social networks, marketing automation, ...). Qualifications Digital marketing skills Experience in real estate / property management would be a clear plus Experience with CRM and marketing tools Acquaintance with IA and marketing automation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
