Introduction We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Manager to join a well-established international fashion group for a temporary replacement. This role covers a maternity leave from late February until the end of June and aims to ensure business continuity, performance stability, and strong leadership across marketing and digital activities. Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination Act as a key point of contact within the local team Manage, support, and coach a multidisciplinary team of three people Collaborate closely with the General Manager Prioritise and coordinate actions across all marketing and digital pillars Budget & Financial Management Own and monitor marketing budgets Ensure global budget management and performance reporting Track financial KPIs and support decision-making through data-driven insights Digital & E-commerce Provide strategic and operational support to e-commerce activities Oversee CRM and social media initiatives Ensure alignment between digital channels and performance objectives Paid Traffic & Acquisition Manage the acquisition agency (briefings, content and messaging validation, regular follow-ups) Monitor paid media performance on a daily and strategic level Allocate budgets, track ROAS, and optimise campaigns Drive a strong performance- and results-oriented mindset Retail Marketing, Influence & Partnerships Coordinate retail marketing initiatives Organise events and collaborations with influencers Manage affiliate programs and partnerships Conduct monthly performance reviews with partners and affiliates Experience & Competences Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing Strong expertise in paid acquisition and traffic management Solid understanding of budget ownership and financial KPIs Hands-on, structured, and autonomous working style Ability to operate in an international and fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Offer Flexible remote working policy Short-term, high-impact role with strong strategic and operational exposure
