As we continue our rapid expansion across Europe, we are looking for a Brussels or Paris-based AE who will play a critical role in accelerating our growth and positioning Optimy as the go-to partner for companies committed to positive change. Why this role matters This role is at the heart of Optimy's growth strategy in Europe. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding opportunities within existing high-potential accounts. You'll have the unique opportunity to represent a platform that not only delivers business value but also enables organizations to achieve greater societal impact. Your contribution will go beyond sales targets: you will be building trusted relationships with decision-makers across industries, advising them on best practices, and demonstrating how Optimy can empower their CSR and ESG ambitions. In doing so, you'll directly influence how leading companies design and scale initiatives that change communities, and sometimes entire industries, for the better. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment, loves taking full ownership of the sales cycle, and finds motivation in both winning new business and supporting customers on their journey toward greater impact. What you will do Own the full sales cycle for both new logos and expansion deals Prospect, qualify, and engage leads, delivering tailored demos that highlight Optimy's value Manage negotiations and confidently close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients Expand business within existing accounts by uncovering new use cases, entities, or departments Build and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting Partner with marketing to accelerate pipeline growth and conversion Act as a consultative advisor, articulating ROI and navigating complex buying groups Share customer and market insights to improve our sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related industries (IT Consulting,FinTech, Telco, etc.) Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex full-cycle deals Experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple stakeholders Hunter mentality with a structured and self-driven approach to pipeline generation Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Analytical, organized, and data-driven in managing opportunities and forecasts Fluency in English, German and/or French (written and spoken) Highly autonomous, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset Offer — Belgium Employee Contract : Permanent contract with evolving fixed salary + commission plan Monthly net allowances Meal vouchers Annual eco-vouchers Transportation reimbursement Hospitalization insurance (DKV) Hybrid work model (up to 3 days/week remote) Possibility to work from abroad for short periods Or a permanent freelance contract Offer — Paris (Freelance Contract) Permanent freelance collaboration Fully remote freelance contract One trip per month to our Brussels office (covered by Optimy) Why join Optimy At Optimy, your work has real meaning.
