Job Description
Sales:
- Identificeren van openstaande vacatures en potentiële klanten.
- Organiseren van bedrijfsbezoeken.
- Onderhandelen met klanten.
- Uitbouwen en onderhouden van je klantenportefeuille.
- Presenteren van onze diensten aan klanten.
- Zoeken en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten.
- Organiseren en afnemen van interviews.
- Coachen en begeleiden van kandidaten.
- Volgen van de voortgang van kandidaten tijdens het proces.
The Successful Applicant
Als Recruitment Consultant heb je het volgende profiel:
- Bachelor of Master diploma.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
- Bekwaamheid in het beheren en prioriteren van meerdere zoekopdrachten.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
