Job Description As an Automation (AVEVA) Engineer, you will join the department focusing on automation systems, PLC logic, and AVEVA platform support, with strong emphasis on debugging, monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities •Automation / PLC Analyze PLC backups: navigate, identify relevant logic, and interpret operations. General understanding of PLC functionality (Siemens preferred). No programming required, but ability to read Ladder, Block, and SCL logic. •Aveva Platform; debugging & Monitoring: Diagnose communication issues, monitor system performance, and interpret logs. Understand security routines: backup/restore, IT interactions, Active Directory integration. Software Handling: Understand Aveva software structure and basic functions. Ability to duplicate/adapt existing objects; ideally create new objects based on architecture. •SQL / SSMS / SSRS SSRS: critical for reporting (resolve SQL-based report issues). SSMS: explore databases, retrieve stored information. Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Your Profile Master's degree in Automation, Electrics (Or bachelor's degree if 5 years of experience). Automation: Ability to interpret PLC logic and navigate backups. AVEVA: Debugging, monitoring, and basic object handling. SQL/SSMS/SSRS: Query writing and report troubleshooting. Fluent in English and good level of French.
