U gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende, chemische productiefaciliteit in Geel, België, gespecialiseerd in de productie van actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten (API's). U wordt lid van het Batch Record Review Team, een dynamisch en divers team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het voorbereiden en controleren van batches in de verschillende productie-eenheden. Een nauwe samenwerking met de afdelingen Operations en Kwaliteit is een essentieel en cruciaal aspect van deze rol. De organisatie zet zich in voor het creëren van een inclusieve omgeving waarin diverse achtergronden, perspectieven en ervaringen worden gewaardeerd. Functieomschrijving: Specialist Batch Documentation & Review Als Specialist Batch Documentation & Review bent u verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en in detail nazien van batchdossiers. Uw takenpakket omvat: Documentatiebeoordeling: gedetailleerd nazien van productie- en reinigingsbatchdocumentatie. Batch Trending: genereren van de juiste batch trending voor elke batch en deze controleren op volledigheid en discrepanties. Dossieraanvulling: aanvullen van de batchdocumentatie met noodzakelijke bijlagen (bijvoorbeeld eLIMS resultaten). Controle Grondstoffen: controleren van de volledige en correcte consumptie van alle grondstoffen. Afwijkingen (Deviaties): controleren van afwijkingen in elk batchdossier en het uitvoeren van de juiste classificatie volgens de procedure. Indien nodig initieert u een non-conformity. Dossierbeheer: archiveren en voorbereiden van batchdossiers. Uw profiel Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, voldoet u aan de volgende vereisten: Ervaring: relevante ervaring in de farmaceutische sector is vereist. Kennis: grondige kennis en/of ervaring met GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) en GDP (Good Distribution Practices) is vereist. Specialistische ervaring: eerdere ervaring met batch record reviewing is een pluspunt. Werkethiek: u bent zeer nauwkeurig, punctueel en heeft een sterk oog voor detail in documentatiebeoordeling. Organisatie: u bent in staat om gestructureerd te werken, prioriteiten te stellen en strikte deadlines effectief te beheren. Talen: vloeiend Nederlands spreken en lezen is vereist.
