What you will do Lead software inventories and ensure full licensing compliance Produce compliance reports, analyse gaps and follow remediation plans Support Purchasing with licensing requirements during negotiations Advise operational teams on licensing rules and cost optimisation Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple sources (tools, entities, teams) Maintain accurate contractual/licensing databases Contribute to SAM process improvements, KPIs and governance standards Participate in projects with potential software or cost impact What you bring Proven expertise in Software Asset Management and licensing metrics Strong experience with software discovery and ITSM/SAM tools Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reconciliation and reporting Knowledge of SharePoint for structuring and sharing documentation Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, audit trails and risk monitoring Experience contributing to software contract preparations Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and clear communication Ability to drive change and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Interested?
