Om onze werking te versterken, zoeken we een ervaren Senior Asset Manager die zowel de inhoudelijke expert is voor één of meerdere assetdomeinen, als de*architect die onze volledige asset-managementmethodiek mee uittekent en implementeert. Functieomschrijving Als Senior Asset Manager heb je een dubbele opdracht: 1. Je bouwt de volledige asset management-methodiek uit Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een moderne, datagedreven aanpak voor assetbeheer: uittekenen van een asset management-framework (gebaseerd op ISO 55000-principes) opstellen van processen, governance, technische standaarden en richtlijnen opzetten en uitrollen van het assetregister, conditiescores en risicoanalyses ontwikkelen van onderhoudsstrategieën en meerjarenplanning (OPEX & CAPEX) verhogen van de maturiteit binnen de volledige facilitaire-organisatie Je bent de trekker die visie omzet in structuur, tools en werkwijzen — en zorgt dat die effectief landen in de praktijk. 2. Je bent inhoudelijk eigenaar van één of meerdere assetdomeinen Afhankelijk van je expertise neem je verantwoordelijkheid over: Bouw & interieur Droge technieken (elektriciteit, liften, brand, beveiliging) Binnen je domein: bepaal je standaarden, onderhoudsconcepten en prestatieniveaus adviseer je over vervangingsprogramma’s, investeringen en risico’s analyseer je storingen, prestaties en leveranciersrapportages stuur je verbeteracties en optimalisaties aan Jouw impact Dankzij jouw werk zorgen we voor: betrouwbaardere en veiligere gebouwen betere voorspelbaarheid van kosten minder storingen en downtime betere rapportering en besluitvorming meer standaardisatie en kwaliteit een future-proof facilitaire organisati Profiel Wat verwachten we van jou? Je profiel Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring in asset management, technisch facility management of engineering. Je hebt kennis van complexe gebouwinstallaties en/of gebouwschil. Je hebt ervaring met onderhoudsstrategieën, lifecycle management en TCO-denken. Je kan processen ontwerpen en implementeren, en teams hierin meenemen. Je bent analytisch sterk, datagedreven, gestructureerd en communicatief helder. Ervaring met ISO 55000 en/of NEN2767/conditiemetingen is een sterke plus. Ervaring met FMIS/CAFM-tools is welkom. Je competenties strategisch denken, maar hands-on in implementatie stakeholder- en changemanagement duidelijke documentatie & rapportering overtuigingskracht en technische maturiteit ownership, zelfstandigheid en samenwerking Aanbod Wat bieden we jou?
