Key Responsibilities Conduct software compliance inventories to ensure contractual and licensing adherence. Define and communicate inventory guides; organize kick-off meetings with operational teams. Manage contractual databases and software publisher metrics within assigned scope. Support operational teams on licensing rules, usage optimization, and compliance reporting. Consolidate and reconcile inventory data from multiple sources to produce compliance reports. Analyze financial and contractual impacts of non-compliance; track and monitor recovery plans. Support Purchasing during contract negotiations, providing input on license metrics and clauses. Contribute to continuous improvement of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and risk control. Assist with software usage optimization projects and share best practices to reduce costs. Experience Required Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven expertise in Software Asset Management with strong knowledge of licensing practices and metrics from major vendors. Proficiency with software discovery tools, ITSM systems, and Excel (advanced level) for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Familiarity with SharePoint for organizing and storing documentation. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, asset management, and risk/audit processes. Demonstrated project management ability and performance indicator tracking. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
