Onze activiteiten splitsen we op in 3 Business Units (Data, Java & RPA) – waarbij AI overkoepelend over deze 3 units werkt.

We zorgen voor een goede work-life balans, waar je mag rekenen op 2 tot 3 dagen thuiswerk. Onze HQ kan je trouwens vinden in het mooie en gezellige Herentals.

Jouw takenpakket

Je adviseert onze klanten over het bepalen van hun AI strategie & visie. Dit doe je op basis van analyses en marktonderzoek. Dit koppel je aan workshops om hen een beter beeld te geven over hoe ze AI kunnen implementeren in hun organisatie en welke meerwaarde dit voor hen kan betekenen. Daarnaast kan je hun ambities vertalen naar concrete projecten waar jij de leiding over neemt. Je stelt hiervoor roadmaps & presentaties op, gaat in gesprek met de business en stakeholders en zorgt voor de puntjes op de i.

Door je passie voor AI volg je alle trends op de voet en heb je de ambitie om te groeien naar een Thought Leader op gebied van AI.

Vereisten
  • Idealiter heb je ervaring in een soortgelijke rol. Achtergrond in Data en/of applicatie omgeving is een must.
  • Je volgt alle AI trends op de voet en hebt kaas gegeten van LLM, ML, deep learning, GenAI, OpenAI, …
  • Je hebt ervaring met het (succesvol) definiëren en opzetten van strategieën, bij voorkeur heb je dit al gedaan voor verschillende bedrijven in verschillende sectoren.
  • Uitstekende presentatievaardigheden en communicatie skills zijn een must Je kan jezelf moeiteloos uitdrukken voor verschillende soorten publiek (technisch, niet-technisch, C-level, conferenties, netwerkevents, …)
  • Je vormt de brug tussen Business & IT. Je verzamelt en identificeert business requirements en vertaalt deze naar functionele requirements.
  • Complexe problemen analyseren en ontleden? Bring it on
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement, bij voorkeur Agile.
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands & Engels (spreken & schrijven), kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Een positieve mindset en can-do mentaliteit is je eigen.
