Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Finance Principal Consultant / Lead Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Finance modules. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply Finance domain and technical & functional proficiency, including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build, and Deployment of solutions for supporting customer's Finance Application.
As a Principal Consultant / Lead Consultant, you will play an important role in the creation and development of industry solutions. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. You will create high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the Digital Technology team participating in HR digital projects, integration development, and work with finance leads, Technical Product Managers, corporate and business unit teams, and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions using the Oracle Finance Cloud platform.
Required
- At least 18 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance Cloud Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in the Finance domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Finance Applications.
- Proficiency in all delivered Finance processes and reports, with the ability to suggest best practices.
- Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Finance SaaS Cloud for Europe.
- Experience in Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, etc.).
- Experience in Configurations, Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Oracle Reporting and Analytics, and Security configurations and changes.
- Proficiency in Implementing IT/business Solutions in Oracle Finance Cloud, building Integrations, Reports, and Customization of Business processes utilizing native Oracle tools.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Preferred
- Experience in working in teams on large and complex Finance projects.
- Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor for advising industry best practices, with a desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely technical, business, and management teams.
- Expertise in providing consulting services to support all aspects of Finance systems implementation, including business flow understanding and documentation.
- Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and the ability to implement projects in Agile mode.
- Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
