Our client is an international, fast-evolving organization and is looking for a hands-on finance professional to strengthen its AP & cash operations team. You will join a dynamic, international environment where finance plays a key role in business continuity and operational excellence. The organization operates across multiple countries and offers exposure to complex, end-to-end finance processes, continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and impact within a growing structure. Process PO and non-PO invoices (2-way & 3-way match), ensuring correct VAT treatment and accurate posting to cost centers and GL accounts Handle employee expense notes in line with company policies Prepare and execute weekly supplier payments and urgent payments when required Act as a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding AP and payment queries Monitor EU cash balance requirements and propose intercompany settlements when needed Prepare and publish monthly AP aging reports and ensure reconciliation between subledger and GL Perform reconciliations (AP, bank, prepaid accounts) and investigate discrepancies Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Payable Apply incoming cash and support cash collection activities for dedicated markets Follow up on outstanding receivables, manage reminders and resolve invoice variances Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Languages: Fluent in English Qualifications: Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience Competitive salary package in line with experience Full-time permanent contract Exposure to international finance operations and complex processes Collaborative team environment with room for initiative and improvement projects Hybrid working possibilities and flexible working hours (depending on role and location) Additional benefits such as meal vouchers, insurance coverage and performance-related advantages Payments, Bank, Payments, Intercompany, Supplier payment, Company policies, Cash Balance, FMCG, Billing, Cash Collection, Proactivity, Finance, Settlement, Accounts Payable, Treatment, Costcenter, Accounting
