Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the exhibition industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process of exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution from planning to installation. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Roles and responsibilities also include Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating exhibition production processes. Liaise with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services; Oversee logistics, including transportation, set-up, and dismantling of exhibition materials. Maintain production timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate on-site installation and dismantling teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production. Maintain accurate documentation and reports on project progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in event management, production, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in production coordination, preferably in exhibitions, events, or trade shows. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Knowledge of exhibition design, logistics, and vendor management. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary. Preferred Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the exhibition industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale exhibitions and events. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
