Job title: Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert Location: Brussels, Belgium Languages: English, Dutch or French Contract Duration: ASAP - 04/12/2026 Work Mode: 100%(Hybrid 2-3 Days onsite) Job Description: This request concerns the services of a "Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert" consultant. It is initiated to support a transformation of the information system of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (FWB), moving from historical monolithic installations to a composable, hybrid and user-oriented ecosystem. Client is beginning its adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The complexity of the mission lies in the secure integration of this platform with the existing infrastructure (Hybrid Cloud) and the robustness of the technical foundations. That is why we are looking for an Expert Program Manager to lead the strategic digital transformation program within a public administration and orchestrate the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a complex hybrid environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Framework & Governance Translating the cross-functional vision into concrete and measurable results. Laying the sustainable foundations and governance necessary for long-term transformation Manage the alignment and commitment of senior leaders and sponsors, ensuring that the program vision is understood and supported at the highest level of administration. Understand the functional and technical scope in conjunction with IT and business stakeholders. Identify the key resources for the program's implementation. Planning & Budget Establish the strategic roadmap for the Program, including the structuring phases and the realistic timeline. Build the detailed budget including the Dynamics 365 licensing model (cost optimization), implementation and integration costs with the existing application portfolio. Contribute to the specifications for the selection of the integrator. Piloting Manage strategic alignment, dependencies between different deliverables, budget allocation and overall program risks. To ensure the development of maturity in order to strengthen the autonomy of internal teams Collaborate with the Change Manager to help develop the IT change management strategy for the program Maintaining positive and consistent communication with all stakeholders, both IT and business. Specific expected results The specific results expected for this mission include, but are not limited to: Program Framework Document. Governance structure validated. Strategic Report and Optimization Model for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing. Detailed strategic roadmap of the program (phases, schedule). Risk matrix and mitigation plan. Relay plan and recommendations for the implementation team (Target organization, training plan and transfer of the program to internal teams). Code Description of the expected experience Customer-oriented and results-oriented Well organized, with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to change Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills 10 years of experience implementing CRM ecosystems At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM in a complex enterprise ecosystem Project/Program Management (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or SAFe) Question Do you have a project/program management certification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or SAFe)?
