Title: PROGRAM DIRECTOR (MS Dynamics 365 expert) Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration: 12 months Languages: English and French Profile looking for: we are looking for an Expert Program Manager to lead the strategic digital transformation program within a public administration and orchestrate the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a complex hybrid environment. The consultant's missions will consist in particular of: Scoping & Governance Translating the cross-cutting vision into concrete and measurable results. Laying the sustainable foundation and governance needed for long-term transformation Manage alignment and engagement of senior leaders and sponsors, ensuring that the vision of the program is understood and supported at the highest level of administration. Understand the functional and technical scope in conjunction with IT and business stakeholders. Identify key resources for the delivery of the program. Planning & Budget Establish the strategic roadmap of the Program, including the structuring phases and the realistic schedule. Build the detailed budget including the Dynamics 365 licensing model (cost optimization), the implementation and the integration costs with the existing application park. Contribute to the specifications for the selection of the integrator. Piloting Manage strategic alignment, dependencies between different deliverables, budget allocation, and overall program risks. Ensure the increase in maturity in order to strengthen the autonomy of internal teams Collaborate with the Change Manager to assist in the development of the program's IT change management strategy Maintain positive and constant communication with all stakeholders, both IT and business The specific results expected for this mission include, but are not limited to: Programme Scoping Document. Validated governance structure. Strategic Report and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing Optimization Model. Detailed strategic roadmap of the program (phases, schedule). Risk matrix and mitigation plan. Relay plan and recommendations for the execution team (target organization, training plan and transfer of the program to internal teams). Skills: 10 years of implementation experience on a CRM ecosystem At least 5 years on Dynamics 365 CRM in a complex enterprise ecosystem Project/program management (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or SAFe).
