Are you ready to lead a high-impact global program across multiple regions and make a real difference in the aviation world? We're looking for a passionate AMOS Program Manager to drive the unified implementation of AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering System) across our airline network. Your leadership will boost operational efficiency, standardize processes, and bring teams together under a collaborative AsOne philosophy. Your Mission Program Planning: Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables, making sure everything is clear, achievable, and measurable. Leadership & Team Guidance: Lead a talented team of AMOS experts, testers, and cross-functional colleagues. Inspire collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Project Management: Partner with airline project managers to structure work packages, set realistic timelines, and manage risks effectively. Ensure teams are empowered and aligned across regions. Scope, Quality & Cost Control: Keep projects on track, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Communicate proactively about changes to timelines, scope, or expectations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with airlines, IT teams, and vendors. Conduct alignment meetings and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle. C-Level Reporting: Lead steering committees and project boards for senior managers and executives. Deliver concise updates, highlight milestones, and facilitate strategic discussions. Your Profile Experience & Skills: 10+ years in aircraft maintenance and engineering 5+ years of people management experience Proven success implementing AMOS projects Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills Excellent organizational skills to manage complex programs Deep understanding of airline technical operations and systems (AMOS, TRAX) Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, flexible, and a true team player Ability to turn detailed tasks into strategic outcomes Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and overcome challenges Education: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
