Key responsibilitiesRecruitmentManage recruitment of dental assistants:draft and publish job adsscreen applications and conduct first phone interviewsParticipate in recruitment initiatives such as schools and job fairsOperational HR supportMain HR contact for dental assistantsSupport Clinic Managers with day-to-day HR mattersProvide guidance in case of conflicts (advisory role, not disciplinary)Serve as a link between staff, payroll, and the central HR teamTraining & developmentOrganize and coordinate technical and soft skills training (communication, assertiveness, patient interaction)Support professional development of dental assistantsHR follow-up & analysisMonitor selected HR KPIs: absenteeism, turnover, personnel-related costsProvide basic analysis to support operational decision-makingField presenceMaintain a balanced presence in clinics to:build trust and relationshipssupport teamsrepresent the organizationBalance hands-on involvement with analytical distanceCandidate profileEducation & experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner roleExperience in service-oriented or healthcare environments is a plusSkills & competenciesNative or near-native Dutch speaker – mandatoryVery good command of French (bilingual environment)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of empathy and emotional intelligenceAssertive and professionalComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentAffinity with HR metrics and KPIsPersonal fitInterest in service-oriented sectorsClient-oriented mindset (supporting healthcare professionals and clinic teams)Hands-on, pragmatic, and approachable personalityOffer & working conditionsFull-time contractPackage includes:Company car (fully electric) + charging cardLaptop & mobile phoneMeal vouchersHospital insuranceEco vouchersWarrantsAnnual bonus (up to one month's salary, usually achieved)Work organization & cultureCombination of office work, remote work (1 day/week), and clinic visitsHigh autonomy and trustCollaborative, supportive company cultureFlexible working hours
