Solution Specialist (Flemish-speaking) | Cloud Solutions Hybrid | High-Tech Industry Location: Benalmádena / Málaga, Spain Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time | 39h/week | Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 Languages: Flemish & English Start Date: ASAP We are hiring a Flemish-speaking Solution Specialist to join a hybrid role in Benalmádena, focused on cloud solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. This position combines technical expertise and consultative sales skills in a fast-paced, international environment. Role Overview As a Solution Specialist, you will support the sales cycle by presenting cloud solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive accurate technical and pricing guidance. Key responsibilities include: Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams Presenting cloud solution value propositions aligned with customer business goals Providing technical overviews based on customer needs and usage scenarios Supporting cloud adoption and customer success initiatives Validating implementation requirements and pricing calculations Delivering solution demonstrations via online tools Conducting group and individual training sessions when required Requirements Flemish: Fluent English: Fluent 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business development Fundamental cloud certification (required) Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Results-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment Nice to have: L200 certification Knowledge of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud or hybrid environments Salary & Benefits €36,000 gross per year Performance bonus up to €6,000 gross per year Private medical insurance Full-time permanent Spanish contract Paid training and onboarding Career development programs and specialized courses Hybrid work model Modern office in Benalmádena, close to the beach Relocation support (if applicable) How to Apply Interested or want more details?
