Met meer dan 500 werknemers in Europa en Brazilië breiden we onze activiteiten snel uit en zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Services/Asset Manager om ons team te versterken.Verantwoordelijkheden :
• Performance Monitoring: Continue bewaking van de prestatiegegevens van PV- en HVAC-installaties met behulp van geavanceerde analysetools om ervoor te zorgen dat ze optimaal presteren.
• Maintenance Management: Plannen van en toezicht houden op jaarlijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten; ontwikkelen en implementeren van onderhoudsprocedures die operationele onderbrekingen en kosten minimaliseren. Hierbij stuur je zowel interne als externe teams aan.
• Issue Resolution: Snel diagnosticeren en oplossen van technische problemen die zich voordoen bij de operationele centrales, minimaliseren van downtime en handhaven van een hoge betrouwbaarheid van de service.
• Reporting: Houd nauwkeurige gegevens bij over de prestaties van de installatie, onderhoudsactiviteiten en oplossingen voor problemen; rapporteer regelmatig aan het senior management met inzichten en suggesties voor verbetering.
• Team Leadership: Een onderhoudsteam samenstellen, trainen en managen dat in staat is om technische interventies van hoge kwaliteit uit te voeren voor zowel installaties.
• Compliance and Safety: Ervoor zorgen dat alle operaties en onderhoudsactiviteiten voldoen aan de veiligheidsnormen en milieuvoorschriften van de sector.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Nauw samenwerken met interne belanghebbenden en externe klanten om te zorgen voor afstemming op operationele doelstellingen en klanttevredenheid.
• Invoice process management: Ervoor zorgen dat de prestaties en interventies correct en tijdig kunnen worden gefactureerd aan de klanten. Hierbij is een goede samenwerking met het accounting departement nodig.

Profile / Requirements :


• Hoger onderwijs diploma in engineering, hernieuwbare energie of aanverwant gebied.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van fotovoltaïsche, of HVAC installaties of soortgelijke activiteiten in de onderhoudssector.
• Technische kennis van fotovoltaïsche en HVAC systemen en onderhoudsvereisten.
• Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van leiderschap en teammanagement.
• Vermogen om complexe technische en managementproblemen effectief op te lossen.
• Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden voor het beheren van zakelijke relaties.
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is verplicht; kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
