This is an opportunity to make a real impact within an international supply chain team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.The incumbent may be required to perform additional function‐related duties as needed to support business requirements.Role PurposeTo manage and optimize end‐to‐end export operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery throughout the Order‐to‐Cash cycle, with a strong focus on cold chain logistics and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Deliver high‐quality customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining proactive communication. Oversee the full Order‐to‐Cash process to ensure customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Order Management: Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.Cold Chain Logistics: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for temperature‐sensitive medical products, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards while mitigating operational risks.Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics and supply chain costs, with particular attention to cold chain operations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to support seamless export operations.Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and contribute to ongoing performance improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in supply chain or export operations, ideally within the healthcare sector.Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.Cold chain logistics experience is an advantage.Knowledge of export regulations, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.Fluency in English; Any orther languages are strong assets.Conditions Temporary contract via interim base Strong possibility to permanent contract Meal vouchers 2 home office days If you are interested in this role?
