Key Responsibilities of the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee:
  1. Assist in the development and execution of creative ideas to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the employer branding strategy.
  2. Support various projects aimed at improving the candidate and hiring manager experience contributing to a seamless recruitment process.
  3. Analyze and report on the impact of recruitment campaigns aiding in the enhancement of our talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Support the planning and management of content calendars ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
  5. Liaise with regional teams to provide and execute content for campaigns, showcasing the experiences of current employees.
  6. Ensure all external communications about people and culture are on brand, using the tone of voice that reflects our employer's value proposition.
  7. Be ready to support various talent acquisition and recruitment processes projects, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Requirements for the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee
  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated ability to generate and implement creative ideas to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and maintain the company's tone of voice.
  4. Proficient in analyzing data and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and other talent acquisition strategies.
  5. Ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including regional teams, to execute content and campaigns.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to brand guidelines.
  8. Readiness to take on various tasks and projects within talent acquisition, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach.
  9. Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
