Machine Learning Engineer Fully Remote Join a pioneering team building AI-native products that help enterprises and creators accelerate storytelling at scale. As an ML Engineer, you’ll turn cutting‑edge research in generative video into robust, production‑ready systems advancing realism, performance, and control in next‑gen talking‑head models. Day-to-Day Implement, optimise, and scale generative video models (e.g., WAN, Hunyuan) for production use. Build efficient training and inference pipelines for audio, text, and motion‑driven video generation. Develop tools for expression control, lip‑sync alignment, and high‑fidelity rendering. Manage large video/audio datasets and automate data preprocessing workflows. Collaborate with researchers to turn prototypes into stable, deployable features. Profile, optimise, and deploy models for real‑time or near‑real‑time performance. Skills Required Strong ML/DL engineering experience across video, vision, or speech applications. Hands‑on background with video synthesis tasks; face re‑enactment, lip‑sync, or avatar animation. Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and frameworks like MMPose, MediaPipe, or similar. Experience with model optimisation, distributed training, and high‑resolution datasets. Understanding of diffusion models, transformers, GANs, and motion representation. Ability to ship production‑quality systems in a fast‑moving environment.
