As a Machine Learning Engineer, your mission would include:Translating business needs into technical ML requirementsDesigning, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions in productionIntegrating models into client systems and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performanceBuilding cloud-based ML pipelines following MLOps best practicesPackaging, serving, and monitoring models in real-world environmentsCommunicating insights and results to non-technical stakeholders to drive real client impactYou're a step closer to joining our team if you bring:Background:You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM fieldYou have 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in productionYou have experience in client-facing role, especially in consulting companiesTechnical Skills:Solid expertise in AI/ML (experience with LLMs is a strong advantage)Proven track record in deploying models at scaleStrong Python and SQL skillsCI/CD, APIs, containerization, orchestration, and model servingCloud experience (Azure is a plus)Soft Skills:You are able to work independently and take on projects from intake to delivery"Can do" attitude and hacker mentalityCurious and always willing to improveAbility to communicate technical results to non-technical peoplePractical Info:Languages: Dutch or French native.
