Verantwoordelijkheden
Als Management Consultant bij Emixa speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsprocessen van klanten. Je brengt de huidige IT-architectuur nauwkeurig in kaart en voert een analyse uit om verbeterpunten te signaleren. Door de wensen van de klant te combineren met je eigen expertise, creëer je strategische roadmaps en adviseer je over de meest geschikte oplossingen. Je begeleidt de implementatie van deze oplossingen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat deze uitgebreid getest worden en de eindgebruikers optimaal ondersteund worden. Op deze manier lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het behalen van de doelstellingen van de klant.
Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen en deelt jouw kennis graag. Zo ben je intern kennisleider waarbij je collega's inspireert en vertrouwt de klant op jouw expertise in het nemen van strategische beslissingen. Jij weet als geen ander de brug te slaan tussen strategische doelstellingen van de klant en het realiseren van digitale transformatie. Door jouw inzicht in de markt en het vermogen om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar passende oplossingen, draag je actief bij aan het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand en het genereren van nieuwe business.
Wat wij zoeken
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren professional met de volgende kwalificaties:
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een rol tussen business en IT. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het in kaart brengen van business processen en organisatorische behoeften en het vertalen naar systeemlandschappen en architecturen;
- In diverse projecten heb je de rol van project manager aangenomen;
- Je hebt expertise in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Projectmanagement (Prince2/PMBOK), Change Management (ADKAR), Agile en SCRUM, en Business Process Modeling (BPMN). Daarnaast heb je ervaring met tools zoals Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, en een stevige basis in Design Thinking;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht;
- Je hebt sterke analytische en leidinggevende vaardigheden;
- Je hebt een proactieve en ondernemende houding. Als echte teamspeler sta je ervoor open om te leren en draag je bij aan teamontwikkeling;
- Je hebt ervaring in een omgeving gericht op manufacturing en asset management;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, liefst ook Frans.
