HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING We're looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Responsibilities Crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies for clients. Fostering strong client relationships by clearly communicating steps taken and results compared to projections. Representing and advocating for CTC's distinctive approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. Requirements Naturally curious and an autodidact, able to absorb information quickly and effectively. Embodies a character that inspires pride in both personal and professional associations. Performs at their best when it matters most, with an enjoyment of hard challenges. What Success Looks Like Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of the kick off. Consistently deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas. Lead and collaborate with your team to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards. DOMAIN Your supervisor would be Joy Sharma, The Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. Location & Environment Fully remote with the ability to pick your schedule.
