Dan is deze uitdaging bij Trustmedia, het media sales house van Mediafin (uitgever van De Tijd en L’Echo), jouw gedroomde volgende stap Als Head of B2B Communication & Trade Marketing geef je richting aan het communicatieverhaal van Trustmedia. Je leidt een ervaren team en werkt samen aan strategieën en tools die onze sales proposities versterken. Je ontwikkelt samen met je team het communicatieplan van Trustmedia en stuurt het bij waar nodig. Je bewaakt en stuurt het B2B-merkenbeleid van Trustmedia mee aan. Je neemt de lead op de B2C communicatie van Luxevastgoed.be, immodeluxe.com en invest.immo. Je coacht en motiveert drie collega’s: twee senior Marcom-specialisten en één Marcom-support. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt jouw team in de creatie van verschillende sales-ondersteunende communicatietools zoals e-mailings, product- en tarieffiches, brochures en PowerPoint presentaties. Je verzorgt de redactie, stuurt de opmaak aan, je organiseert de verzending en volgt de respons op. Je analyseert markttrends en klantbehoeften om innovatieve communicatiestrategieën te ontwikkelen die de zichtbaarheid en impact van Trustmedia vergroten. Je creëert een omgeving waarin mensen zelfstandig kunnen werken, met jouw begeleiding waar nodig. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Marketing, BI & Adops. Je bent een echte empathische people manager en coach, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent gebeten door print en digitale media en geboeid door de advertentiewereld waarin je je continu verder wilt verdiepen. Je bent creatief en je tovert een inhoudelijke briefing van je salescollega’s om tot een visueel aantrekkelijke tool. Dankzij je ondernemende ingesteldheid en creatieve ideeën weet je business opportuniteiten te identificeren. Je denkt strategisch en steekt operationeel de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig. Je werkt resultaatgericht en lost problemen doordacht op. Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige rol in de media en sales support .
