We are currently looking for an Accounts Payables Accountant to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

Do
- Control the scanning of the invoices and the expense notes and follow up on issues.
- Responsible for the entire payables process from the approval flow to the payment of invoices/expense notes.
- Codify and match digitalized invoices.
- Ensure proper follow up of the suppliers balance.
- Deal with month-end provisions/deferred expenses and ensure proper reconciliation of these accounts.
- Take care of the monthly VAT declaration (supervised by chief accountant).
- Correspond with vendors and colleagues by phone and email relating to all accounts payable issues (reminder, invoice copy request…).
- Deal with the auditors on the payables aspects.
Our perfect match
- A bachelor degree in accounting with minimum 2 years' experience as Payable accountant.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards.
- Used to analytic accounting.
- Computer minded.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in French and English.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Positive personality.
- Oriented towards continuous improvement.
