Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and overseeing regular maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage racks to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
- Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, developing and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Enforcing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities such as inventory levels, material receipts, and shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a similar position is required.
- Performance-oriented, with strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Stress resistance.
- Flexibility, good organizational skills, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in operating management/accounting programs.
- Full-time contract of indefinite duration.
