Functieomschrijving Als Medior HR Consultant ga je via onze klant aan de slag op strategische HR-projecten bij verschillende bedrijven. Je wordt ingezet op opdrachten zoals:Werving & selectieTalent managementCompensation & BenefitsPayrollOrganisatieontwikkelingSamen met onze klant stippel je een groeipad uit dat aansluit bij jouw ambities. Ze bieden persoonlijke coaching, gerichte opleidingen en uitdagende projecten waarin jij het verschil maakt.Je werkt in diverse bedrijfsculturen, breidt je netwerk uit én ontwikkelt je voortdurend als HR-professional. Functie-eisen Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol of consultancy en klaar voor een volgende stap als strategisch adviseur.Expertise: Je bent expert in minstens één HR-domein, zoals talent management, payroll, compensation & benefits, change management of organisatieontwikkeling.Talen: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.Communicatief vaardig: Je bent helder, zelfverzekerd en weet complexe HR-thema’s begrijpelijk en overtuigend te presenteren.Consultancy skills: Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op, biedt proactief advies en leidt zelfstandig kleinere tot middelgrote projecten.
